Mr. An Bui (Vietnam) – President & Chairman
Mr. Bui is a successful entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in running Long Phung Lan (LPL Home Fashion). Through its strategic partnership with US manufacturer MGT, LPL Home Fashion provides clothing/textiles/garments to major North American Supercenters. Through Mr. Bui’s direct supervision and strategy, LPL Home Fashion opened its manufacturing division almost ten years ago, employing a total of 2,000 workers. Mr. Bui has raised LPL Home Fashion in annual exports of orders totaling 2.4 to 3.6 million pieces.
Mr. Bui established Long V Corporation in 2002, which focuses on purchasing quilting & bedding machinery and manufacturing bedding products for the domestic market. The project is successfully executed and reasonably profitable until 2005, when he decided to utilize the company assets as bank collateral and halt the business. With the bank loan, Long-V purchases some 860,000 m2 of land within Long An to construct a new industrial park. Recently, Mr. Bui has formed Rong Viet Corporation within Vietnam. Through his initiative, Rong Viet Corporation was solely established to focus on financing and investing into this unparalleled project.
Long Bui – Project Manager & Financial Analyst
With a Boston University Bachelor degree of Business Administration, specializing in Operation Management, Finance, and Accounting, Long has had over 4 years of experience preparing financial statement, developing business documentations, and managing projects. Long found V-Consultancy (www.v-consultancy.com) in 2010, a business consultancy for small to medium companies & entrepreneurs, specializing in business plans development, market research, financial analysis, and fundraising service. Currently, Long works closely with Mr. An Bui, preparing all the required documentations for Rong Viet and developing the company’s infrastructure.
John Robinson is an international engineer, specializing in design & green technology. He is now the CEO/owner of Applied Solutions Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His firm focuses in the design and development of automotive facilitates and green energy & building systems. John has A Level qualifications in Engineering, Engineering Drawing and Art, a degree on Advanced Visual Technical Communications and excellent knowledge in CAD and other design & drawing systems. He has been situated in many important positions for infamous companies in Asia.
He worked for LOTUS ENGINEERING MALAYSIA (LEM) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – for 10 years as a Regional Technical Director Asia Pacific for India, China and South East Asia. His main duties are in consultancy and support for the Board of Directors, providing key issues of technology, strategies, finance, human management in their projects of LEM. With his excellent knowledge and rich experiences, John is now committing to support Rong Viet in constructing the Dragon and other areas of the project.
Eric Baird – Architect
Eric hold the Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies (Strathclyde), B Arch, (Strathclyde); he is also a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and is registered with Architects Registration Council of the United Kingdom. He has worked for Hunter & Partners (Malaysia) for more than 20 years. Eric is now the current Managing Director of Hunter & Partners with key roles of design and project coordination for major retail, hotel, residential and commercial projects in China, Egypt Libya, Malaysia, Maldives, Pakistan, Russia, Singapore, Yemen and U.A.E.
Beside the long period in Malaysia, he also participated in many projects in the UK such as
- Partner, Alan Dines Partnership, Reading UK, his duty mainly in Partner in charge of office and retail projects including seven Wickes Building Supplies DIY stores with contract values between £1,000,000 and £3,000,000
- Cobban and Lironi, with main reponsibility of Project Architect for leisure and hotel projects from inception to completion, main clients being Trust House Forte, Holiday Inns and Rank Hotels.
- The Barton Willmore Partnership, important roles as an Architectural Assistant for office and industrial projects with contract values ranging from £3,000,000 to £20,000,000.
- Honeyman Jack & Robertson worked as an Architectural Assistant for refurbishment of listed buildings for Local Authority housing clients
